Our mobile bar packages start at $900 with a 40-guest minimum for our basic package. Final pricing depends on guest count, service time, package level, bar setup, location, and selected add-ons. Our price per event can vary between $1200 to $6000.
Do your mobile bar packages include alcohol?
No. Per Texas law, clients provide the alcohol. We provide the bartending service, mixers, cups, ice, bar tools, custom menu, setup, breakdown, and alcohol shopping guidance.
Do you offer mobile bartending services for weddings?
Yes. We provide mobile bartending services for weddings throughout Houston and surrounding areas, including signature cocktails, mocktails, champagne service, custom menus, and styled bar setups.
Do you offer corporate mobile bar services?
Yes. Our corporate mobile bar services are ideal for grand openings, client events, networking events, employee celebrations, holiday parties, and company gatherings. We do about 50% of our events on these alone.
Can you customize the bar to match my event theme?
Yes. We style the bar around your colors, theme, event type, and package level. Our upgraded packages and add-ons allow for more elevated decor, florals, signage, and presentation.
Do you offer bartender-only service?
We are not a bartender-only service. I’ll Drink To That! was created to offer more than someone behind the bar — we design a full mobile bar experience with thoughtful presentation, fresh ingredients, custom cocktail and mocktail menus, professional service, and setup details that complement your event.
What are mixed drinks, and are they included in the Premium Package?
Yes, mixed drinks are included in the Premium Package. Mixed drinks are simple two-part drinks made with one spirit and one mixer, such as vodka tonic, whiskey and Coke, rum and Coke, tequila soda, or vodka cranberry.
This is different from a signature cocktail, which usually includes multiple ingredients, fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, or a more customized recipe. The Premium Package includes your selected signature cocktails or mocktails, plus standard mixed drinks for guests who prefer something simple.
Do you serve non-drinking adults and minors?
Yes. We can serve non-drinking adults and minors with mocktails if its included in your package, non-alcoholic mixers, water, and other alcohol-free options depending on your package and event needs.
This is why it’s important for us to know the total guest count, not just the number of guests drinking alcohol. We plan our mixers, cups, ice, garnishes, staffing, and service flow around the full number of guests so everyone is taken care of and we do not run out of products during the event.
Do you charge the same for minors?
No. Minors are taken into consideration differently when creating your proposal. Since they are not drinking alcohol, they are priced differently than adults who will be using the full bar service.
We still include them in the total guest count because they may need cups, ice, water, mocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, and service throughout the event.

Why Pricing Works the Way It Does
At I’ll Drink To That!, every event is custom-built with care, detail, and hours of preparation that go far beyond pouring cocktails.
But here’s what most people don’t see: each event takes 10–14 hours of work before we even arrive. From bulk ingredient calculations, sourcing supplies from multiple vendors (sometimes requiring pickup), and crafting homemade syrups, to juicing fresh fruits, preparing garnishes, boxing equipment, and designing your customized menu—we do it all so your bar is flawless.
On event day
On the day of your event, our team takes care of every detail so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.
We arrive 1 to 3 hours before service, depending on the type of bar setup and the number of guests, to load in, unload, and prepare your bar area.
During setup, we handle styling, décor, garnishing, and final bar preparations, ensuring everything looks elegant and inviting before the first drink is poured. Once the bar is beautifully arranged, we collect the alcohol provided or purchased by the client, organize it behind the bar, and prepare for a smooth start to service.
If you’ve added our Alcohol Order Placement, Pick-Up, and Delivery Service, our team will have already taken care of this process for you—ensuring your selections are on-site, organized, and ready for serving when we arrive.
