We bring the bar, bartenders, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, menu signage, setup, and cleanup. Wedding bartending packages start at $950, and our most popular Premium experience starts at $1,200. We provide one TABC-certified bartender per 50 guests, accommodate celebrations of up to 600 guests, and carry liquor and liability insurance coverage up to $2 million. Alcohol is purchased and paid for separately and directly by the client.

“I can’t say enough good things about Jeannette and her mobile bar. The drinks she can create are endless. We chose one on her list and then asked if she could remake my husband’s favorite gin and juice from a bar in Montana, and she nailed it. I loved that she has different mobile bars to choose from to go with your theme! The black bar was perfect for our dark and moody wedding..”

— WEDDING BAR FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the alcohol work for a Texas wedding?
The client purchases and pays for all alcohol separately and directly from the alcohol retailer. With our optional Alcohol Concierge add-on, we prepare and place the recommended alcohol order based on your guest count, service time, and drink menu. You review, approve, and pay the retailer directly, and our team coordinates pickup and delivery to the event—so you do not have to shop for or transport the alcohol or other bar essentials included in your package.
Can you help us decide what alcohol and drinks to serve?
Absolutely. After more than 650 events, we understand what guests tend to enjoy based on the season, event time, age mix, cultural traditions, and the preferences you share with us. Once your menu and alcohol preferences are finalized, we provide a customized alcohol shopping list based on your guest count and service time.
Should we include a mocktail on our menu?
We strongly encourage including at least one thoughtfully crafted mocktail. We have seen an increase in guests who choose not to drink alcohol but still want to feel included in the celebration. A beautiful mocktail gives them something more memorable than soda or water—and it looks just as special as your signature cocktails.
Do your bartenders circulate and serve drinks?
Our bartenders’ primary responsibility is to remain behind the bar preparing beverages, keeping the bar organized, and monitoring responsible alcohol service. At smaller events, when service allows, our team may occasionally circulate with cocktails or collect empty cups as a courtesy. If you would like continuous tray-passed cocktails, table service, or glassware collection, dedicated cocktail servers may be added to your proposal.
Why does the alcohol remain behind the bar?
For safe and responsible service, alcohol remains behind the bar under our team’s supervision, especially when minors are present. Our bartenders use consistent pours, monitor service, check identification when appropriate, and gracefully handle situations in which a guest may have had enough. If alcohol is placed at a separate self-service station, that arrangement must be approved in advance, and the client assumes responsibility for alcohol served outside our supervised bar area.
Are pets allowed near the bar?
We love pets, but animals must be secured away from the bar and working areas during setup and breakdown and may not enter the space behind the bar. We created this policy after a normally calm dog became nervous during breakdown and bit a member of our team while equipment was being moved. Keeping pets safely separated protects the animals, our staff, and your guests.
What is included with wedding bartending service?
Your package can include the mobile bar, professional bartenders, cocktail mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, bar tools, custom menu signage, setup, service, and cleanup.
Is a mobile bar included with our wedding bartending package?
For weddings under 120 guests, couples who sign their agreement and pay their retainer within 14 days of receiving their proposal may choose our White Bar Cart or Back Bar at no additional rental charge, subject to availability.
Weddings with 120 guests or more receive preferred rental pricing on these bar options. The Pillar Bar and other specialty bars are available as upgrades.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular spring and fall Saturdays can fill six to twelve months ahead. If your wedding is sooner, still ask — we may have your date available.
Do you work at venues throughout Houston?
Yes. We serve Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Fulshear, Richmond, Cypress, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas, and we coordinate directly with your venue or planner.
Will my guests have to wait in long bar lines?
Our Little Secret for Shorter Bar Lines
We don’t like long bar lines—especially during cocktail hour, when everyone is ready for a refreshment at once. We stay aware of when the ceremony ends, and as soon as we get the signal—sometimes from a bartender running over to announce, “They’re done!”—we begin preparing the cocktails and mocktails selected by the couple and listed on their menu. We prepare enough to welcome guests quickly, but not so many that the drinks become diluted or watery. Cocktail signs also help guests identify their choices before reaching the bar, keeping the line moving smoothly.
A Special Pour for the Newlyweds
If time allows, we find the newlyweds and bring them a cocktail too. Between photos, greeting guests, and all the excitement, couples sometimes forget to drink water—let alone visit their own bar! They’re always grateful, and we even have a Google review mentioning this thoughtful little rescue. After all, they planned the cocktails; they should get to enjoy one.
— ADVICE FROM BEHIND THE BAR
Advice From Behind the Bar
After serving more than 650 weddings and special events, we have learned that small planning decisions can make a big difference. Here is some friendly advice from the people who see the celebration from behind the bar.
Give someone responsibility for the music
A professional DJ—or one designated person whose only responsibility is managing the music—can completely change the energy of your wedding. A well-meaning friend or family member may choose the music they personally enjoy, become distracted while socializing, or miss an important moment. Give the music to someone who has one job: keeping the celebration flowing and playing your selected songs at the right time.
Keep outdoor guests comfortable
For outdoor weddings during warmer months, fans, shade, or consistent airflow are essential. When guests become overheated, they cannot enjoy the celebration the way you intended. Beautiful décor matters, but comfortable guests stay longer and have more fun.
Have the bar ready when the ceremony ends
The bar should be ready as guests transition into cocktail hour. We have seen weddings where guests waited one or two hours after the ceremony without refreshments, and the mood changed before service began. A smooth transition to cocktails keeps guests comfortable and excited while you take photographs.
Plan for plenty of water
We recommend at least two eight-ounce water bottles per guest, especially for outdoor or warm-weather events. Smaller bottles are easier to finish, while 16-ounce bottles are often left half-full and discarded. We keep water behind the bar for drink preparation and can provide additional guest refreshments when included in your proposal.
Professional bartending is about more than pouring drinks
In more than 650 events, we have encountered only a couple of situations requiring additional attention. Guests generally drink more responsibly when professional bartenders prepare their beverages instead of using a self-service bar. Our bartenders use consistent pours, monitor service, and discreetly slow or stop service when necessary, handling sensitive situations gracefully and professionally.
Let the professionals handle the bar essentials
In Texas, clients purchase and pay for their alcohol directly. We provide the remaining bar essentials included in the selected package, which may include mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, tools, equipment, setup, and cleanup. With our optional Alcohol Concierge Service, we prepare and place the recommended order; the client approves and pays the retailer directly, and we coordinate pickup and delivery.
When clients supply their own mixers, ice, or cups to reduce costs, they sometimes purchase too little, choose the wrong cup size, or forget an essential item. Having one professional team coordinate the bar helps prevent missing mixers, insufficient ice, unsuitable cups, and last-minute problems.
Know exactly what your bartending company provides
Review the proposal and contract carefully and confirm who provides the mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, bar tools, staffing, setup, cleanup, and mobile bar. We have accepted last-minute weddings after another provider stopped responding or canceled. Choosing an established company with detailed agreements, strong communication, insurance, and verified Google reviews gives you greater peace of mind.
Treat every vendor like part of your team
A little kindness toward wedding vendors goes a long way. Many vendors have already worked for two to four hours before guests see them or bar service begins. Our team arrives early to unload, build and style the bar, prepare ingredients and garnishes, organize supplies, and chill beverages.
Clear communication and respectful treatment help every vendor bring their best energy. For longer events, we appreciate being included in the vendor meal count. Our team eats discreetly during scheduled breaks or slower moments without interrupting bar service.
Expect a beautiful day, not a perfect timeline
Something may begin ten minutes late. Someone may forget an item. A boutonnière may disappear, and the cake may develop a personality of its own. We cannot promise that every detail will happen perfectly—but we can promise that your bar will be prepared, polished, and ready. When your package includes the mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, tools, setup, and cleanup, that is one major part of the day you do not have to worry about.
