How much does a mobile bar cost in Houston?

Mobile bar pricing in Houston depends on the number of guests, hours of service, package selected, and type of bar setup. For example, a 50-guest event with our Crafted Bar Premium Package for three hours will cost less than the same package and guest count with six hours of service. A longer event requires additional bartending time, handcrafted cocktails, fresh garnishes, mixers, ice, cups, and other supplies. Pricing will also vary depending on whether you select beer and wine service, a classic bar package, signature cocktails, or a more elaborate mobile bar setup. We provide a customized quote based on the specific needs of your event.

Do your mobile bar packages include alcohol?

No. Clients purchase and own the alcohol, while we provide the bartending service, mixers, fresh ingredients, garnishes, ice, cups, bar tools, custom menu, setup, and breakdown.

Our optional Alcohol Concierge Service makes the process easier. We prepare a recommended order for your approval, and you can add or remove items before paying the retailer separately. We then pick up the order and deliver it to your event, saving you from worrying about quantities, forgetting something, or arriving early to handle the alcohol yourself.

We recommend purchasing approximately two weeks before the event and keeping all receipts. We open bottles only as needed, and all remaining alcohol stays with you. Many major liquor stores accept returns of unopened products, subject to their individual return policies.

Yes. We provide mobile bartending services for weddings throughout Houston and surrounding areas, including handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, champagne service, custom menus, and beautifully styled bar setups.

Will my guests have to wait in long bar lines?

Our Little Secret for Shorter Bar Lines

We don’t like long bar lines—especially during cocktail hour, when everyone is ready for a refreshment at once. We stay aware of when the ceremony ends, and as soon as we get the signal—sometimes from a bartender running over to announce, “They’re done!”—we begin preparing the cocktails and mocktails selected by the couple and listed on their menu. We prepare enough to welcome guests quickly, but not so many that the drinks become diluted or watery. Cocktail signs also help guests identify their choices before reaching the bar, keeping the line moving smoothly.

A Special Pour for the Newlyweds

If time allows, we find the newlyweds and bring them a cocktail too. Between photos, greeting guests, and all the excitement, couples sometimes forget to drink water—let alone visit their own bar! They’re always grateful, and we even have a Google review mentioning this thoughtful little rescue. After all, they planned the cocktails; they should get to enjoy one.

Do you offer corporate mobile bar services?

Absolutely, from small events to 650 attendees.

About 40–50% of our events are corporate, so we understand that every company event has a different flow and purpose. A grand opening with guests coming and going is very different from an employee celebration, networking event, conference, or client gathering. We customize the bar setup, staffing, drink menu, and service style around the pace and goals of your event.

Can you customize the bar to match my event theme?

Yes. We style the bar around your colors, theme, event type, and package level. Our upgraded packages and add-ons allow for more elevated decor, florals, signage, and presentation.

Do you offer bartender-only service?

We are not a bartender-only service. I’ll Drink To That! was created to offer more than someone behind the bar — we design a full mobile bar experience with thoughtful presentation, fresh ingredients, custom cocktail and mocktail menus, professional service, and setup details that complement your event.

What are mixed drinks, and are they included in The Crafted Bar?

Yes, mixed drinks are included in The Crafted Bar. Mixed drinks are simple two-part drinks made with one spirit and one mixer, such as vodka tonic, whiskey and Coke, rum and Coke, tequila soda, or vodka cranberry.

This is different from a signature cocktail, which usually includes multiple ingredients, fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, or a more customized recipe. The Crafted Bar includes your selected signature cocktails or mocktails, plus standard mixed drinks for guests who prefer something simple.

Do you charge the same for minors?

No. Minors are priced based on the type of beverage service they’ll be receiving. If they’ll only be enjoying refreshments such as water, sodas, and other simple non-alcoholic beverages, they are priced differently than adult guests receiving full cocktail service.

If you’d like to offer crafted mocktails for minors or non-drinking guests, we can absolutely include them. Mocktail service requires additional ingredients, preparation, garnishes, cups, ice, and service, so those guests may be priced differently than guests receiving refreshments only.

We still include minors in the total guest count so we can properly plan staffing, supplies, cups, ice, and service for everyone attending.

A little heads-up: Kids love our mocktails like Kool-Aid. They usually go through them much faster than adults go through cocktails, so we plan accordingly when mocktails are part of the event.

When we serve mocktails to minors, we also use a different cup size or style whenever possible so the non-alcoholic drinks are easily recognizable by our bartenders, staff, and guests.
