Yes. Our bartenders are TABC-certified and we carry full liability insurance. We can send a certificate of insurance naming your venue as an additional insured, usually the same day you ask.
Yes. We invoice directly, accept purchase orders, and provide a W-9 for your vendor records. No one needs to put a personal card down at the event.
For December, aim for early October — most Friday and Saturday dates are gone by then. Weeknights in December stay open longer, and we can often hold a date while your approvals are still moving.
