Everything hosts usually ask before booking a mobile bar in Houston.
Everything except the alcohol: the styled mobile bar, professional bartenders, custom cocktail and mocktail menus, fresh mixers and garnishes, cups, ice, setup, and cleanup. All decor you see on our bars, we provide. We love this part!
Per Texas law, clients purchase the alcohol and we handle everything else. We send you an exact shopping list based on your menu and guest count — most clients find this saves them money. We can also recommend brands for all kinds of budget.
Houston and surrounding areas including Katy, Magnolia, Sugar Land, Fulshear, Richmond, Cypress, and The Woodlands. But we travel to Austin and San Antonio, travel fees apply here.
Popular dates — especially From March to June and September through December weekends — book up quickly. We recommend reaching out 2–6 months ahead, but always ask about your date; we accommodate shorter timelines when we can.
